  • DANIELA ROMERO

    OWNER & CREATOR OF BOOKISH BUYS

    Daniela is a USA Today and Wallstreet Journal Bestselling Author and the owner and founder of Baddies, formally known as Bookish Buys. Baddies opened in 2021 with the goal to promote indie authors and share our love of books.

    Favorite tropes: Enemies to lovers, bully, and forced proximity.

  • JOSHUA ANNETT

    SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

    Josh is the all around “Shipper & Fixer” here at Baddies. In charge of logistics, he ensures our bookish goodies make it to our subscribers in style and keeps the day to day operations running smooth and efficiently.

    Hobbies: Fishing! If I’m not helping in the bookshop, I’m out on the water.

  • JACQUELINE VARAO

    EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

    Jackie is our resident cat herder. She keeps everyone on task, coordinates all of our scheduling and vendor management, and is our go to for solutions. Jackie is plugged in to book world so you will probably see her in many groups, on socials, and at events.

    Joseph aka Joe, our California native with a green thumb, is the friendly voice you’ll encounter when you reach out for assistance.
