Shipping policy

We ship globally. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on size, weight, and destination.

Additional charges such as currency conversion, transaction fees, customs, or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

For subscription boxes, we aim to dispatch at the month’s end, often by the 20th. 

For shop orders, we strive to ship within 5–7 business days (often 1–2 when possible).

Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
